By integrating the disciplines of Hatha and Ashtanga, we design holistic sequences that connect you to the five elements of earth, water, fire, air, and space that exist within each one of us.
Whether you're stepping on a mat for the very first time, or have years of experience, there's a class designed for your skill level and goals. Sessions are also offered virtually and can be accessed from anywhere in the world.
Pranayama Sadhana
Learn 15 different kinds of pranayama and powerful meditation techniques. A 30–45 minute controlled breathing session designed to clear your mind's clutter and start your day with a clean slate.
Holistic Flows · Hatha & Ashtanga
Achieve a firm grounding in yoga. A thoughtful program of asanas, kriyas, pranayama and meditation that builds the strength and flexibility to attempt headstands, backbends, and other challenging postures.
Advanced Level Classes
Elevate your asanas. Practice headstands, arm balances, twists, forward bends, hip openers, backbends, and inversions with verbal cues, live demonstrations, and posture corrections.
Saturday Workshop
Deepen your practice and transition into advanced asanas. We play with different poses to expand the realm of possibility: headstands, arm balances, backbends, inversions, and beyond.
Advanced to Professional
The final step. Break complex poses into smaller parts and master Pincha Mayurasana, handstands, and advanced transitions. An independent headstand is a prerequisite.

This man literally can create magic. I joined Pancha Yoga to learn handstand and a few advanced asanas. I have already learnt far more than just the physical postures. With him, I am learning profound life lessons and just enjoying it thoroughly.
